RIG MOBILE DETAILING
Terms and Conditions for Rig Mobile Detailing

1. Appointment and Booking

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, app, phone, or text.
  • A confirmation will be sent once your booking is finalized.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, staffing, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately upon service completion unless prepaid.
  • We accept [, e.g., cash, card, digital payments].
  • All prices are subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, and level of service requested.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least [24 hours] before your scheduled appointment.
  • Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be subject to a [fee, e.g., 25% of service cost].
  • No refunds will be issued after services are performed unless agreed upon by management.

4. Vehicle Condition

  • Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage before services begin.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions (scratches, dents, clear coat failure, etc.).
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe, excessively dirty (e.g., biohazards, extreme pet hair), or if conditions are not suitable for safe working.

5. Liability

  • We take every precaution to prevent damage, but Rig Mobile Detailing is not liable for:
  • Minor surface scratches during the cleaning process.
  • Damage resulting from worn or aging parts (e.g., mirrors, wipers, badges).
  • Water spots due to environmental conditions.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please remove all valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle.
  • Ensure vehicle keys are accessible to the detailer at the time of service.
  • Provide a safe and legal location for mobile detailing (private property with owner’s permission).

7. Weather Policy

  • Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to inclement weather (heavy rain, storms, etc.).
  • We will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
  • If you are not satisfied, notify us within [24 hours] of service completion so we can address your concerns.

9. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy. Customer information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.

10. Travel Policy

  • Free travel within 25 miles.
  • Beyond 25 miles, a $2/mile fee applies.
  • Maximum service range: 50 miles from [Your Location].
  • For jobs beyond 50 miles, please call to discuss.
    (Helpful if you want to avoid going too far.)
    Tip:
  • If you’re starting out, Zone Pricing (#2) is usually best. It’s clean, simple, and customers don’t get confused.
  • If you want full flexibility, Per Mile (#1) is more exact but takes a little more explaining sometimes.
    Rules for Customers (can also be listed separately or posted):
  • No aggressive behavior toward staff.
  • Vehicles must be accessible and unlocked if necessary.
  • Pets must be secured away from the working area.
  • Payment must be completed on time.
